TSE Tip: Running shoes should fit snug but have extra room for your toes. On Running trainers are generally a tighter fit, so with this in mind, you should opt for at least half size larger than the shoe size you usually get.

The Details

In the latest Cloudflow line up, On have added a spoon-shaped nylon blend Speedboard® that's stiff, strong and lighter than ever before. The Cloudflow 4 also features ultra-light woven upper for maximum breathability and performance, as well as stepping up their iconic CloudTec® in Helion™ dual-density superfoam, which now runs throughout the shoe. Impact is swallowed, meaning every stride is softer underfoot, and gives back an ultra-responsive running sensation.
