Generally, we find adidas to be true to size but if you are between sizes, and like a tight fit, go for the smaller size. If you love a loose fit, go for the larger size.
Bras: You should select your bra based on a combination of your cup size and the intensity of the sports you want to do. As a general rule, the larger your cup size the higher the support level should be. High intensity sports like running and circuit training may require higher support too, even for smaller cup sizes.
For Warp Knit seamless styles we recommend taking a size up.
